Junior Moderators

Hello. SHould we have junior moderators and let the proper mods train up to 2 at a time?

I have run many forums before I know alot about running them infact I even can register domains such as animelove.com and I can mod and skin and manage the forum Very Happy

and about junior mods......good idea.....once we get atleast 40 members......and at least 20 of them have to be active(they have to post regularly)

otherwise.........this is a forum with good potential........and its not doing that bad....

this is a new site. it has a lot of potential as somebody said.
just give it time. i'm sure one day we'll get hundreds of members
